Squatters Airport Pub is the offspring of Squatters Pub Brewery, Salt Lake's original brewery restaurant. The Airport Pub features an award-winning menu highlighted by internationally-acclaimed ales and lagers brewed on site at Squatters' downtown location. A complete liquor and wine list and freshly roasted coffees are available daily from 7:30 am (bar opens at 8:00 am) until 8:30 pm. Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or take it with you. This airport pub is by far the best place in the airport to get a bite to eat and definitely my favorite spot to grab a cold beer. Their food is very good, and not just by airport food standards. You will actually enjoy your meal, and the beers are true craft beers (which is funny considering it's in Utah). And to top it all off, and the reason I'm giving it five stars is that the service is consistently good which I have found to be the most inconsistent aspect of any airport experience in the past. Here's to good beer in Utah!
